NSAI’s National Metrology Laboratory (NML) is rolling-out a new Customer Relations Management system, through Microsoft Dynamics 365.
As a client of NML, your organisation will be able to access a new customer portal for calibration, proficiency testing, and consultancy services. This new system is more efficient and designed to streamline the entire process to improve the user’s experience. You will need to register your details if you are a first-time user of the portal.

- You can quickly request quotes from NML online, either based on previous calibration certificates or for new instruments, reducing the time spent on administration.
- You can monitor the progress of your instrument’s calibration at any time, giving you greater transparency and control over the process.
- You will have improved visibility of invoicing details.
- Once the calibration is completed, you can immediately access your calibration certificates online, eliminating delays.
- If your instrument is already registered on the portal, you can easily request a repeat calibration without needing to submit additional requests.
- You can upload digital paperwork and PO straight to the portal, reducing paper waste.

- Yes, you can monitor the progress of your instrument’s calibration at any time, giving you greater transparency and control over the process.
- You can view the progress of your calibration on the portal, when complete your certificates will be available to download in PDF format.

- No, you can see the invoice information, but the invoice will be sent to you as per current normal practice.
- Your certificates will be available to view and download indefinitely once you have an account.
