Certification Process

The certification process is structured, transparent, and supported by expert assessors.

  1. Application & Quotation - Submit your application and receive a tailored quote based on your organisation's scope of activities.
  2. Application Review (Stage 1) - Initial review of your submitted information and process documentation to assess readiness and provide early feedback.
  3. Evaluation Audit (Stage 2) - Formal on-site (or remote) evaluation to determine conformity with the certification requirements, including implementation of ISO 19650-2 processes.
  4. Certification Decision & Issue - If successful, certification is granted and valid for three years, subject to continued compliance.
  5. Ongoing Surveillance - Annual surveillance audits to verify continued compliance and support ongoing improvement throughout the certification cycle.
