This standard applies to refrigerated LPG pressure vessels with a volume greater than 13 m3.
It applies to all such sites whether or not the material is stored for use on-site or for trans-shipment and subsequent use off-site.
This standard does not apply to the storage of cylinders or cartridges containing LPG, see I.S. 3213.
